  My mum and their friends had a really bad experience, they made a booking for Saturday and Sunday meals included, they arrived on Saturday by 6pm due to one of her friends had her bag stolen and they needed to deal with this incident. Once they arrived to the hotel the lady in the desk said to them that they won’t have the lunch included for Sunday because they didn’t arrive on time on Saturday (apparently the should have arrived by 15,30, but they weren’t informed about this). They made the booking through booking app and there wasn’t any specification about the time of the arrival and also they had to deal with the robbery, they were nervous and they didn’t understand why if the lunch was included on Sunday why the couldn’t have it, it was already paid. The answers from this lady were very unpolite and very poor, she kept saying that it was the policy of the hotel but she didn’t show the policy to my mum or her friends, I tried to look online and there isn’t information about this. They also asked for the refund of the meal if they weren’t going to be able to have it but the answer was no.

  I think it is very unfair for them to miss a lunch that was already paid, and if is the policy you should advise your clients before arrival, this is not professional at all.
